For Step 1, Flood Exterior Vinyl Wash: LIMITED WARRANTY: The Flood Company warrants against defects in this product for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Any claim must be made in writing, accompanied by proof of purchase. We will only be obligated to replace the product or refund the purchase price. THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. THE FLOOD COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. For Step 2, Flood Restora Clear Vinyl Revitalzier: LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: The Flood Company warrants that Restora Clear Vinyl Revitalizer will not crack, peel or blister if applied according to label instructions to a properly prepared surface. If Flood Restora Clear Vinyl Revitalizer fails to perform as described above, The Flood Company will, at its option, provide an equivalent amount of new product at no charge or refund the purchase price. This warranty does not include labor or the cost of application of any product, and in no event shall The Flood Company be responsible for damages in excess of the purchase price. Claims must be made in writing and accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not apply to problems caused by alteration of this product, accident, misuse, improper storage, abuse, or neglect. THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE FLOOD COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE. Some states do not allow the inclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.

WARNING! CAN CAUSE SEVERE EYE IRRITATION. HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED. MAY CAUSE SKIN, NOSE AND THROAT IRRITATION. For exterior use only. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and inhalation of vapors. Wear chemical resistant gloves, safety goggles and protective clothing. If vapors or mist are generated while applying or removing, wear a NIOSH/MSHA respirator. Change clothes and was thoroughly when finished. FIRST AID: In case of eye or skin contact, flush with water continuously for 15 minutes. If swallowed, drink large amounts of water, do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately in all cases of eye contact or ingestion, or if skin irritation persists. In case of spillage, absorb with inert material and dispose of in accordance with applicable regulations. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE: The Flood Company has an ongoing contract with the Pittsburgh Poison Center (PPC) at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh to answer first aid related questions about Flood products and to supply immediate medical advice when needed. With specific knowledge about Flood products and formulas, the PPC staff of trained medical professionals can answer calls quickly and effectively, another service we at Flood are proud to offer.

The Pittsburgh Poison Center (PPC) at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh is certified as a regional poison information center by The American Association of Poison Control Centers (AAPCC). The Center is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by professional registered nurses who are certified specialists in poison information.
