A very timely and well conducted sales approach by your representative I had made an online inquiry and within 10 minutes he was on the phone and I was very happy with the outcome

First Impressions

I have only insured my pet since yesterday. My experience with the staff was great. very easy to deal with and was very knowledgeable and thorough. Staff was extremely easy to deal with and made me feel at ease

Peace of mind

I am on a pension so foe $11 its great peace of mind to know my dog is covered. Only been customer for 2 days. The staff i spoke to were very friendly and good to deal with.

Very Easy to set up and contacted me by phone after doing a quote online. helpful, friendly staff member. This is my second pet policy. Been dealing with the business approx 5 years

Frustrating to try and cancel

Extremely hard to cancel policies. It became unaffordable as we are expecting a baby so decided to swap companies to where my FIFO partner gets a discount. 101 invasive questions later, a woman who was questioning my capability of comparing alternative insurances myself and 10 minutes of my time i’ll never get back and it was finally cancelled. I was repeating myself over and over advising I just want to cancel. I hope she understood why I was frustrated, she definitely did not need to be so rude. Glad we are changing and I don’t have to deal with them again.

We phoned just prior to pucking up our new puppy. Kids had no idea, so Hayley was extemely understanding when we couldnt discuss pet insurance at that oartucular time. She had Excellent customer service skills. Hayley always phoned me back when asked.
Informative and not pushy. Great value.

This policy is great value for money and it’s also piece of mind for both myself and my husband to know she is covered as a little kitten who is now a loved apart of our family

On new Policy.

We are new Customers and we’re very pleased as to how easy it was to sigh up with RSPC. The Staff member who assisted us, explained the policy in an easy to understand way.

Took out 5 yrs ago no claims thought about cancelling. I didnt and she and l were mauled by 2 shepherds, she needed operation and visits to vet. It’s forever now

Have just set it up and it was easy to do.Hayley who served me was very helpful and efficient.Hopefully I do not have any major issues but comforting to know I have it.

yes the girl was most helpful and answered all of our questions clearly and precise.
no, as we have only just joined RCPCA so any proceedures Zuri may which she dosnt need its a 30 day wait as the girl explained to us.

Good but felt a bit pressured

Not sure yet, early days. Sounds ok though and fingers crossed. Very easy to set up and the girl was very pleasant and cheerful. Still concerned about the cost though.

Horrible after service ..

Just took out the insurance – there was a mistake with my pets date of birth as well as my mailing add. Called to correct and they couldn’t correct it. Horrible service after you got the sale. if you can’t complete such easy mistake how can I trust you to handle anything In the future that will involve claims etc. . .

Sales staff was amazing! Wish the rest of it was too. I will cancel this policy I just took out purely because you lost my trust with the lack of your customer service support!

I received a call after giving all this feedback and they were happy to listen . however I chose not to go ahead .

Your operator was friendly and helpful on the phone. I really can not say anything else until I have used your services. Doing my research premiums seemed to be much of muchness. I chose you because you claim to give some of my premium back to supporting animals in the RSPCA. I hope this is corrrect. Thank you

Worst claim process and communication

Very disappointing they keep sending me letters to my post boxes (about 5 times) for the claim number and keep requesting the consultation notes when I’ve already sent it to them however I always need to call the RSPCA line to know if they’re doing there jobs and they will found a loophole to not claim your process and ask you to provide more documents until you give up I won’t be renewing my policy after this!

I called awhile back in January and the staff member on the phone did not do her job she was post to get the consultation notes from the vet I went however the staff didn’t followup with the vet I was with left to send it so I was furious she didn’t do her job. They keep delaying your claim till you hate dealing with RSPCA and that is frustrating and time wasting which they seem to love to do!

Then had to RSPCA call again which is now March 2019 and explain the whole story to a different staff member what happen previously not they’re asking for a itemised invoice of the number which I sent the receipt last year!

Also the contract is very sketchy I suggest you read it and be wary of this one I will be giving my business somewhere else and normally I hate writing reviews. However had to write for this insurances company.
